crafts for eternity

Th

This is a new magnolia stamp for my collection, the kitchen ones are my second favourite after the beach ones. I have followed this sketch at Crafts for Eternity I really like the layout. I also played around with this sketch making a baby girl card so I will add it to post too although I think it needs something else added to the baby one, any ideas? Finally we have some sunshine here, Queensland Australia, which is fantastic news for our flooding state. Have a great day x Amanda.

new and Blue and Buttons

Ok so this scan is a little bit blury sorry but technology and I are just not getting along at the moment, I can not get my camera to download and my phone camera just doesn't want to connect to the computer either. Not to mention I just managed to freeze my paypal account and credit card in the one hit while trying to shop on line, lol. There is a button challenge at Just Magnolia and a new and blue challenge at Stampin for the Weekend, so I have combined both. I have been going through my papers and trying to use up some of my older pieces and some of my scrap pieces, which I really need to do. Hope you enjoy these challenges. Amanda

winter wonderland

Winter Wonderland is going Dotty this challenge. I haven't used this digi of Lola for a while so I thought I'd revive her. My paper and card is all from stampin up and the ribbon from the local craft shop. If you want to play along with this fun dotty challenge, you can link here . Have a great day x Amanda

Color Throwdown

Ok so the colour combo at Color Throwdown is Artichoke, Baja and Coral. At the start I wasn't too sure about these colours together and I'm still not. I found it a difficult colour challenge. The Designer Team make it look so easy with their beautiful creations, you should take a look or if you are up for the challenge check out Color Throwdown. x Amanda

Cute Card Thursday

eman Cute Card Thursday has an Out with the Old Challenge I have used my old robot paper
scraps and my old really rust cardboard which probably wouls sit in the box for another year if it wasn't for this challenge. I used a sizzix die for the spaxeman and ship, although I haven't used it before I bought it quite a while ago off ebay, a habit I seem to get into after a couple of quiet wines. I actually thought they were robots when I started making this card and realised after I cut the rocket they were spacemen, so I tried to make a moon looking thing. Have fun bringing all your old papers back to life.x Amanda

sketch Saturday

I made this card this morning following Sketch Saturday's sketch. I really like this sketch and will probably make some more cards following this sketch. I have made another male card which I'm happy about but I just came back from the cinemas after watching Tangled and feel like doing girly, princessy things, I'll see if I can resist the urge and stay on track. Hope you enjoy working with this sketch. Enjoy x Amanda

Truly Scrumptious Sketch

Good morning, I have played along with Truly Scrumptious for this card sketch. I have made a valentines card with this gorgeous little prickly guy, he is so cute. I haven't used choc chip for a while and forgot how much I like it with red so no doubt my next cards will have choc chip in them. I will be putting this card in our card box at work, I hope people want to buy some Valentines cards out of it this year or I am going to have to find quite a few more people to love, lol.
Enjoy your day, another rainy one on the Gold Coast. x Amanda
